Is there a minimum stay?
Yes. We have a two-night minimum stay.
Are pets allowed?
Dogs are welcome in The Franklin Flat and Mitchell Manor only.
• Maximum of two dogs per suite, fees apply
• Dogs are not permitted in other accommodations
Is the hot tub available year-round?
Yes. The hot tub is open year-round on a first-come, first-served basis.

• All shared spaces are sanitized regularly
How does check-in work?
We offer contactless self check-in. You will receive an email with check-in instructions and a four-digit access code one day prior to arrival.
What are check-in and check-out times?
• Check-in: 3:00 PM
• Check-out: 11:00 AM
Is there an age requirement to book?
Yes. Guests must be 21 or older to book a reservation.
Are children allowed?
Yes. Children are welcome and must be included in your guest count.
The Franklin Flat sleeps up to four guests with a California king bed and a queen sleeper sofa.
Guava Pack + Plays are available upon request.
Is daily housekeeping provided?
Daily housekeeping is NOT provided. Please inquire if you are staying for an extended period.
Are bikes available?
Yes. Complimentary bikes are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Seasonal availability from May through early November.
Is parking available?
Yes. On-site parking is provided with one vehicle per suite.
Will I have a way to contact you during my stay?
Yes. You will receive a direct guest line phone number once your reservation is confirmed.
